Map Quest

Map Quest

Map Quest is a mini event that is available to play by clicking on the scroll at the bottom of the main screen.  Basically it's a mini Jabba's Bounty Hunt event.  There isn't much to say about the mini event, but I will cover the basics.

Planets are unlocked when you complete Area 1-4 of that planet in the regular quest function.  Once you unlock a planet you will be able to complete each map of that planet.  The biggest thing to know about Map Quest is that you are handsomely rewarded the first time you complete a map.  Prizes include crystals and more importantly additional ally spots.  The ally spots give you the option to increase your ep and cap so I would complete each available map asap.  Note that these rewards are only available the first time that you complete the map.

The game play is simple.  You walk around the map searching for enemies, allies, and chests.  Each space you advance costs you 1 ep, so try not to waste your ep by walking all over the place.  When you run into an Ally you will have the option of having him assist you in the boss battle or you can have the map legend revealed.  The enemies are fairly simple to beat, but give you only a small amount of credits as a reward, so I usually avoid them unless they are directly in the path.  There are also chests spread out through the map.  Chest rewards are AP, credits, or blueprint pieces.  Once you find the enemy target you will fight said enemy and his deck and earn an item chest.  You have the chance of winning a gold chest which will contain the card of the enemy you just fought.

That is about it for Map Quest.  The important things to remember are:
  1. Complete each map as it becomes available to you so that you can add ally spots and earn crystals.
  2. Moving around the map costs ep so don't waste them by walking all over the place.
  3. Collect item chests as you search for the target enemy.
  4. The target enemy will drop an item chest.  Gold chests are the card of the enemy you just defeated.
